Homemade Tasty Atta Paneer Snacks for Fitness Freaks

Most of us do not have any or very less control on our cravings towards tasty and fried kachoris, rolls and chops. Even, in some cases, aroma comes from these fried yet tasty foods forces us to forget our fitness program. Because of this, we move ahead to have such fast foods by breaking our regular diet plan prescribed by leading dietician or our gym trainer. Instead, most of us thought, “It’s OK to have one kachori/chop today, as evening I would go to gym and the extra calorie intake would be balanced easily.

However, the fact is that calorie intake from a single Kachori/roll/chop is far higher than calorie you burn in the fitness center. Another problem in this case is that this trend goes on frequently and all our efforts (intensive exercise/training in gym, aerobics or zumba) and our paid money to the fitness center go into vain. Hence, in order to come up with an appropriate solution, we have come up with homemade flour-less Atta Paneer snacks, which include Kachoris, Rolls and Chops.

Preparation of Chops/Kachoris/Rolls

Note-Since we have used Atta in each of the mentioned snacks, so we have to prepare the dough by adding 1 tablespoon of oil and water as per the quantity of the Atta.

Chops-
We have to break a small piece from the dough and give it a shape of a bowl to fill the stuffing. After this, we have to fry and serve hot.

Kachoris-
·         While preparing kachoris, we have to take a relatively bigger piece of dough (as we do in case of bread/chapati) and roll it out properly in a circular shape.
·         Place a small amount of stuffing at the center of the bread and fold it in a circular shape again. (You should use few drops of oil while rolling the dough piece).
·         Fry the folded dough filled with potato and serve it hot.

Rolls-
Initial steps related to preparation of rolls are similar to Kachoris. Only difference is that in rolls, you have to wrap the bread filled with stuffs horizontally, so that it acquires the shape of a cylinder and fold the edges.
Finally, you should fry it and serve hot.

Therefore, with simple and easy steps, you may satisfy your cravings towards fried snacks and with less possible calorie intake.
