Sprout Paneer/Soya Chinese-A Perfect Replacement to Noodles


Every one of us like to have Chinese Noodles or Rice and similar other noodles or rice variants available in restaurants and street food centers. Even a few of us opt to buy Hakka Noodles and prepare them at homes. Even though Chinese noodles and rice dishes give excellent taste to our tongue, they come with rich carbohydrates and harmful yet high calorie fats. Indeed, these dishes are strictly avoidable ones for overweight individuals and aiming to loss their weight.

However, the problem is that more than 90percent of weight loss aspirants fail to control on fast foods. Instead, they give priority to taste than health. Hence, in order to make sure fitness freaks retain their diet plan without compromising on taste, we have come up with easy Sprout Paneer/Soya Chinese Dish.



Overview of the Dish

As the name highlights, in the Sprout Paneer/Soya Chinese Dish, we have replaced high calorie and high carbohydrate-based noodles and rice with relatively low carbohydrate-based sprouts. Moreover, to enhance nutritional benefits, you may add a variety of green veggies, such as peas, capsicum and cabbage, along with protein-rich paneer pieces or soya chunks.

Ingredients Requirement-
  • ·         Sprouts in the form of moong beans, pea, chicpea or combination of all of them  
  • ·         Finely chopped onion, tomato, green chilly and other green veggies, which you want to use
  • ·         Few pieces of paneer or soya chunks (in case you use soya chunks, you should boil the soya chunks)
  • ·         Ginger garlic paste
  • ·         Turmeric powder
  • ·         Chili powder
  • ·         Cumin and coriander powder
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Tomato Sauce
  • ·         Soya Sauce
  • ·         Chili Sauce
  • ·         Schezwan Chutney

Procedure

  • ·         Fry the pieces of paneer or soya chunks in less oil in a pan (you should avoid deep fry, as it may affect the taste) and keep it aside
  • ·         Chop onions, tomato and other veggies, say capsicum, cabbage, peas and others finely, while prepare ginger-garlic paste
  • ·         In the same oil, add onion as well as ginger garlic paste and fry them until the onion becomes light brown color.
  • ·         Now, add each of the chopped veggies, including tomato and chopped green chilis and fry for some time. You should remember that you do not have to sauté them.
  • ·         Add the sprouts to the frying pan and fry both sprouts and veggies for a while.
  • ·         You should add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin and coriander powder, along with each of the sauces mentioned here, stir occasionally for 5 minutes.

Therefore, your Sprout Paneer/Soya Chinese Dish becomes ready. Serve hot with Tomato sauce.
